You’ll receive confirmation email within a fraction of seconds as the process is very easy and fast. The confirmation email consists of your booking details(room details, date, room rates etc), reference number, hotel details including telephone number and address, details of hoe to cancel or amend the booking and contact us or our phone number if you want to get in touch with us for any reason.

We do need your credit card details while making the booking, but this is solely to reserve the hotel for you and it’s not charged, until you arrive at the hotel. The credit card details are only taken to hold the room for you in the requested hotel. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, so feel free to cancel the bookings made within 24 hours from the time that you booked.

Once this is done what next?
Simply arrive at the hotel on your arrival date to check in. When checking in, simply tell them your details such as your name, and that you booked through discountcityhotels.com (you could carry along the email we sent but this is not actually required). You will be asked how you would like to pay - normally, a copy of your credit card will be taken to cover any incidental expenses, and then you can agree to pay at the end of your stay using the credit card, with cash, or with cheque. At the end of your stay, you will receive an invoice in your name for your own records in certain hotels.
