Searching for a hotel to book? our hotel guide will help you through it
To search for a list of available hotels, browse through various pages in our site. By clicking on Book button in the hotel pages you will enter the dates in the respective fields, type in and you will be guided to another page where you will obtain hotel information and the rates for the particular hotel that you have selected. You will then be able to enter the number of rooms you require. If you have any problems booking please do contact us, we will be able to guide you through your hotel bookings and reservations.
Booking with us is simple & easy, the bookings are all free with real time service. 
Once you have clicked on the Book button, you can be rest assured that your booking is in safe hands with us. The procedure we follow is very simple & effective:
How does it work with the hoteliers? A fax or email is sent to the hotel, when you click the Book button, we instantly receive your booking request and a confirmation fax is sent to the hotel you requested straight away. The hotel receives this fax, and then input the details you provided into their respective system.

How will you be intimated? A confirmation email is sent to you, while the fax is being sent to the hotel you requested, a confirmation email is making its way into your email inbox. Every process is real time ,which is safe & secure. You will receive this email within minutes of you clicking the book button. Your confirmation email will contain your booking reference number, booking details (room details, dates of stay, room rates, etc), hotel details including telephone number and address, details of how to cancel or amend your booking and details of how to contact us for any reason. Don't forget that you can call us or email us any time and we are there to guide you for any further queries.
We do need your credit card details while making the booking, but this is solely to reserve the hotel for you & its not charged, until you arrive at the hotel. The credit card details are only taken to hold the room for you in the requested hotel. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, so feel free to cancel the bookings made within 24 hours from the time that you booked.

Once this is done what next?
Simply arrive at the hotel on your arrival date to check in. When checking in, simply tell them your details such as your name, and that you booked through discountcityhotels.com (you could carry along the email we sent but this is not actually required). You will be asked how you would like to pay - normally, an copy of your credit card will be taken to cover any incidental expenses, and then you can agree to pay at the end of your stay using the credit card , with cash, or with cheque. At the end of your stay, you will receive an invoice in your name for your own records in certain hotels.
