Any request to cancel/amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation/amendment confirmation. When a reservation is made after the cancellation deadline, then the reservation will be subject to a late cancellation charge per room cancelled if cancelled at any time, from the moment the booking is made.
