Our work meeting at 70 euros per person includes:- The room renting from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (variable hours)
- Basic material: overhead projector, paperboard, writing set
- The bottles of mineral water on the table
- Two coffee breaks (various hot and cold drinks, assortment of sweet buns in the morning, cakes, biscuits and fresh fruits in the afternoon)
- Lunch, including drinks either in our crown cave or in a near restaurant.
At your request, our air-conditioning, sound-proof room can be laid out as a 55 or a 75 m2 room.
All the set price propositions on request are valid for a group of 12 participants at least.

Meeting Room Reservation
The tables in our meeting rooms can be laid out in a “meeting” style, in a “school” style or in a “theatre” style. Our air-conditioning and sound-proof room can be modulating. Cordless ADSL connection to Internet and phone access.

Coming from Orly Airport: Take the RER B to Chatelet, then take the underground line 3 direction Ponte de Levallois and exit at Porte de Champerret. From Charles de Gaulle: Take the RER B to Chatelet and then change and take the underground line 3 direction Ponte de Levallois and exit at Porte de Champerret.

If you wish to cancel or amend this reservation you can do so by contacting us at least before 12:00 (noon) London time 1 working day(s) prior to the arrival date.
If you fail to cancel prior to this time the property reserve the right to charge for 1 Night(s) accommodation.
All cancellations and amendments must be made directly with DiscountCityHotels.com to receive a confirmation of cancellation/amendment.
All late cancellations will be subject to a late cancellation fee as per the cancellation policy.

Any request to cancel/amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation/amendment confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid/unchanged so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekends. Please note that cancellation/amendment requests sent by fax and email outside our office working hours will be considered as received on the next working day. When a reservation is made after the cancellation deadline, then the reservation will be subject to a late cancellation charge per room cancelled if cancelled at any time, from the moment the booking is made.
