by the eye baffling artist Pierre-Marie Rudelle, paintings of the Dutch School
and dressers coated in ancient Delfts. Dominant blue colours in the restaurant
combine with the taste and finesse of the venerable pink armchairs and sofas.

The Relais Vermeer and its chef, introduce you to a cuisine that brings traditional
food for the pleasure of both the eye and the palate.
Frederic Orhant, leading headwaiter of the Relais Vermeer, will be pleased to
guide through the choice of dishes and wines, with their combination of soft
prices and original suggestions. The Flying Dutchman, piano cocktail-bar of
the Relais Vermeer, in addition to its selection of coloured cocktails, will
greet you for afternoon tea, a coffee, a snack at all times. It is the ideal
meeting point for a starter to a wonderful evening or the closing drink.

every room has air conditioning, double glazed windows and many of them have
a balcony and/or a terrace, and enchanting views of the Eiffel Tower or Sacre
Coeur. Pink Carrare marble from Norway in the bathrooms, separate toilets. All
our rooms have mini-bar, hair dryer, satellite TV, telephone, Internet access.
If requested and when available, your room will be no smoking, with access for
the disabled.
