Top French chef Gilles Choukroun, renowned for his avant-garde haute cuisine blends, marries and unites flavours in ways quite unlike anywhere else found on Paris•food circuit. Refurbished in 2006, the Edouard VII Hotel first opened in 1877 and the building still reflects its 19th Century past with larger than average rooms, high ceilings, large double windows, wrought iron balconies and striking period details. Local Attractions:
Easy access to the Louvre Museum, Palais Royal, Place Vend?e, as well as the prestigious department stores Printemps and Galeries Lafayette and the luxurious Rue Saint Honore fashion boutiques. For sites that are further afield, public transport is quick and efficient. The Metro, RER, Buses, CDG Airport-shuttle and a direct 40 minute RER route to Disneyland Paris are all accessed from in front of the hotel. Gare du Nord Eurostar terminal is also just 10 minutes away by taxi.
Travel Information:- Metro Station: You have to take the metro line 3-7-8 and get off at the "Opera and Pyramide" Station.
- Train Station: The "Gare de Lyon" and the "Montparnasse" railway stations in Paris are at only about 5 km from the hotel. So from there you can reach us by a short walk. If you prefer you can take the metro and get off at "Opera or Pyramide" station. From there you have to take the exit "Place de l'Opera" and then continue for "Avenue de l'Opera" (just in front of "Opera Garnier").
- Motorway Junction: A1 Paris-Brussels, look for Paris Centre and then follow the signs for "Opera".

If you fail to cancel prior to this time the property reserve the right to charge for 1 Night(s) accommodation.

Any request to cancel/amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation/amendment confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid/unchanged so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekends. Please note that cancellation/amendment requests sent by fax and email outside our office working hours will be considered as received on the next working day. When a reservation is made after the cancellation deadline, then the reservation will be subject to a late cancellation charge per room cancelled if cancelled at any time, from the moment the booking is made.
