house was the former grand home of the Vanderbilt family and still
retains many of its grand features from the stain glass windows to the
elegant and decorative painted ceiling which greets you as you enter the
hotel.

the menu. Head Chef, Lahdi Rouanne, has created a fusion of the best of
British cooking with influences from the Pacific Rim. The smart

floors and unusual objects d'art.
