Bedrooms:The hotel has porter, and laundry as well as a bar open to residents. The Norfolk plaza hotel has 87 bedrooms including 6 split level suites. We do not have single rooms, so a single occupancy is automatically allocated a twin room. Tastefully decorated in pastel shades and using natural materials, all rooms are en-suite and are equipped with a hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite television, radio and hospitality tray with tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries. Our executive rooms have an added mini bar and trouser press. The split level suites have separate lounge and bedroom areas offering the guest space and comfort. Tall windows overlooking the square give the rooms a superb view.
Local Attractions:The Norfolk Plaza hotel is centrally located, within walking distance to Oxford Street, Hyde Park and Marble Arch. Paddington Station is a minutes walk away and this is serviced by several underground lines; Circle, District, Hammersmith and City and Bakerloo. Paddington is also the main line station servicing the Heathrow Express, 15 minutes journey time door to door.

Any request to cancel/amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation/amendment confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid/unchanged so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekends. When a reservation is made after the cancellation deadline, then the reservation will be subject to a late cancellation charge per room cancelled if cancelled at any time, from the moment the booking is made.
