A Scottish Tradition – Burns Night
We will be celebrating Burns Night at the Montague on the Gardens
with Traditional Haggis, Neepes and Tatties in our Restaurant on the
25th January. Three course dinner for £15.00 per person inclusive of
vat. A pre or post Dinner Malt Whisky Tasting is the ideal partner at
just £7.50 per person.
Chef's Table
A small, intimate and friendly restaurant, as with the Blue Door Bistro
the atmosphere is light and airy at lunchtime and candle lit and cosy in
the evening. The Chef’s Table is surrounded on three sides by a
panoramic view of London circa 1840. The rich mahogany panelled walls
are nicely balanced by effective use of mirrored glass and contemporary
wrought iron wall lights.
Simple, well executed cuisine from the freshest seasonal produce. Chef
David Henderson’s specialities include “Coconut Tempura Tiger Prawns
with Mango and Sweet Chilli Sauce and Best End of Lamb with Honey
Roasted Root Vegetables”.
Blue Door Bistro
Ideally located within a few minutes walking distance of Covent
Garden, The British Museum, The Royal Opera House and London’s
Theatreland. The Blue Door Bistro has been awarded it’s first rosette
for cuisine. The menu offers simple unfussy food with the emphasis on
home cooking. Including a wide range of vegetarian dishes and salads
flavoured with herbs from the Chef’s Kitchen Garden. The Chef’s Table
and Blue Door Bistro are equally suitable for discreet business lunches
and intimate candlelit dining and have the benefit of their own private
entrance from Montague Street.

The Terrace Bar
Relax and unwind in the comfortable atmosphere of the Terrace Bar
overlooking the private gardens of the Bedford Estate or discover the
many cosy corners that make the Terrace Bar the perfect place to enjoy a
quiet drink, informal snack or watch the resident “mixologist” Mr Jon
