The Meeting Room, known fondly as The Library, is located on the ground
floor overlooking the gardens to the rear of the hotel. With natural
daylight, a relaxed ambience and comprehensive facilities, The Library
is ideal for boardroom meetings, seminars and conferences. Whether you
are organising a social event, a business meeting or a private banquet,
the team of professional staff will ensure everything you need is at
your disposal. The meeting room can accommodate up to 18 people and as
many as 30 people in stand-up receptions. Equipped with state-of-the-art
audio-visual equipment, this venue provides the business executive with
technical backup for private seminars and high-powered presentations.
The Library's boardroom table has three telephone lines - one line is
through the hotel's telephone exchange and the other two are direct dial
lines suitable for fax or modem use. An audio-visual unit accommodates a
television (with a PC link), a video player and a sound system. The room
is fully air-conditioned with individual controls. All the lights are
fitted with dimmers.
