The Lincoln House Hotel is a delightfully hospitable establishment which offers a warm, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Our hotel is ideal for business shopping and leisure trips, uniquely close to the hub of London’s diverse scenes and activities, within easy reach of most theatres, museums, exhibitions and designer shops & it is also located on London’s airports bus routes.

Built in the late 18th century, in the reign of King George III, the hotel is recently refurbished to offer en-suite rooms with fast & free wireless internet connection and modern comforts, while retaining its elegant Georgian townhouse character alongside a nautical theme decor, to give a ship’s cabin feel.

Our tariff is competitive and includes a superb Full English Breakfast, tax and service. We are recommended by more reputable guidebooks than any other budget hotel in London, such as Time Out, The Rough Guide, Baederckers, Fodors and many others. For three out of the last four years we have been awarded the first prize for our outstanding floral display by the City of Westminster.

The tariff price includes a full English breakfast, unlimited tea & coffee in your room, service and all taxes. The breakfast menu includes Orange Juice, A pot of tea or coffee, Cornflakes or Muesli & milk, Fried eggs or hard boiled eggs, Bacon, Sausages, Baked Beans, Grilled or fresh tomatoes. Breakfast is served in the Breakfast Room from 8a.m. - 10a.m. (April-October) and from 8a.m. - 9.30a.m. (November-March).
