Travel Information:- Tube Station: The nearest underground stops is Gloucester Road Station.
- Motorway Junction: From Heathrow Airport, take the M4 to London; at the end of the M4 follow signs saying central London. When you see the signs for Earls Court slow down, as you will be turning shortly afterwards. The turning is a right turn opposite the Cromwell Hospital; the street name is Knaresbourough Place. Go to the bottom of Knaresbourough Place and turn left, into Court field Gardens to the 2nd mini round about and turn right, then first left into Harrington Gardens.

Any request to cancel/amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation/amendment confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid/unchanged so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekends. Please note that cancellation/amendment requests sent by fax and email outside our office working hours will be considered as received on the next working day. When a reservation is made after the cancellation deadline, then the reservation will be subject to a late cancellation charge per room cancelled if cancelled at any time, from the moment the booking is made.
