Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel or amend this reservation you can do so by contacting us at least before 12:00 (noon) London time 2 working day(s) prior to the arrival date.

If you fail to cancel prior to this time the property reserve the right to charge for 1 day(s) accommodation.

Important: A pre-authorisation for the first nights accommodation will be taken to guarantee the reservation. Including the processing charge. Payments made by Debit/Credit card are subject to a 2.5% processing charge, and will apply to the total amount. Payment for the accommodation (rooms) is due upon arrival.

For Non Refundable bookings: The total price of the reservation including 2.5% processing charge (for the payment's made by debit/card) will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Any bookings made from 01/07/12 to 31/08/12 (inclusive) are completly non-refundable and non-exchangable. IMPORTANT: Please note that reservations arriving between 27th July 2012 and 12th August 2012 and between 27th August 2012 and 9th September 2012 inclusive will be booked on a non-refundable basis due to the Olympic and Paralympics Games taking place in London. Once a reservation is confirmed, any cancellation/amendment made at a later stage will incur a 100% charge.
All cancellations and amendments must be made directly with DiscountCityHotels.com to receive a confirmation of cancellation/amendment.
All late cancellations will be subject to a late cancellation fee as per the cancellation policy.

Any request to cancel/amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation/amendment confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid/unchanged so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekends. Please note that cancellation/amendment requests sent by fax and email outside our office working hours will be considered as received on the next working day. When a reservation is made after the cancellation deadline, then the reservation will be subject to a late cancellation charge per room cancelled if cancelled at any time, from the moment the booking is made.
