Abbey Court Hotel
Description:
The Abbey Court,
an elegant five-storey Victorian Townhouse Hotel, has been
sympathetically restored to the highest standards. Inside, the era of
Victoria is reflected in deep-red wallpapers (downstairs), Murano glass
and gilt-framed mirrors, framed prints, mahogany, and plenty of
antiques. Bathrooms are entirely modern in grey Italian marble, with
brass fittings and whirlpool baths. Each of the 22 bedrooms has been
individually designed to incorporate carefully-chosen antiques, such as
desks and tables and newly upholstered button-back chairs. The
comfortable beds range from brass to four-poster; and the Italian marble
bathrooms are equipped with Jacuzzi-jet baths, efficient showers and
heated towel-rails.
The Abbey Court Hotel, a gracious white Victorian mansion, is located in
Notting Hill, a vibrant , trendy and colourful corner of London. In
recent years Notting Hill has also become one of the most prosperous. It
attracts a large cosmopolitan crowd who flock to the area to sample the
varied and exciting culinary delights from international chefs.
Combining excellent value with the restful ambience of an hospitable
home. The Abbey Court is the perfect hotel for discerning business and
leisure travellers in search of a warm welcome to London and friendly
personal service.
