Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail.
All cancellations and amendments made before the cancellation deadline will incur only a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests.
Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.
For stays of up to 6 nights:
Cancellation deadline: by 12pm (noon) GMT, 2 working days prior to arrival. Late cancellation: 1 nights charge.
For stays of 7 to 29 nights:
Cancellation deadline: by 12pm (noon) GMT, 8 working days prior to arrival. Late cancellation: 7 nights charge.
For stays of 30 nights or more:
Cancellation deadline: by 12pm (noon) GMT, 15 working days prior to arrival. Late cancellation: 14 nights charge.
