How do I make a reservation? |

From our directory, choose the hotel you want to stay in and press
"Book" at the bottom or top of each hotel page. You will
be taken to a Secure Reservations Form. On the form, just complete all the
information required.

Can I make a reservation
directly through the hotel? |
|
You can, but the prices displayed on DiscountCityHotels.com are
available only through our service. If you make a reservation at
the hotel, you will be charged on average 10% to 40% more.

When do you check
availability? |
|
We check availability only at the point of making a reservation. If your
hotel choice is not available and if give us permission (see
the reservation form) to reserve another hotel at a comparable rate/standard
and location, we will do so on your behalf. You will have the right to
refuse our choice at no cost to you. Please remember that by combining
"availability check" and "reservation" into one
step, we cut on our cost of operations and thus we can offer you much
cheaper prices and save you time.

Are taxes,
services and breakfast included in your prices? |
|
All taxes and services are included. Breakfast is included in most 2/3
star hotels (unless noted otherwise), but 4 star hotels usually do not
include breakfast.

Do you offer additional
discounts for senior citizens, students, airline employees, etc.? |
|
No. You will find that our prices are already heavily discounted;
consequently, we can not offer any additional discounts, but for long
stays we will be able to get back to you with even better rates.

Are your prices by room or by
person? |
|
All prices in our service are per room, not per person. For
example, a price for a single means a room with one person, for a double
means a room with 2 persons, etc.

Using our connections with hoteliers we know (as
we were hoteliers ourselves) paired with the volume of business we
produce, we have negotiated these favourable rates.

Will you confirm that my
reservation was made? |
|
Yes. We confirm all reservations by e-mail. Please remember, if your reservation is made on a
holiday or a week-end, we will still get your confirmation on
time unlike many other internet agents.

What is your cancellation policy? |
|
If you make your reservation and cancel before 12 Midday (UK time) 3 or
more business days before your confirmed arrival date only a £10 (GBP)
admin fee will apply. However, if you cancel your reservation less than
3 working days before
your arrival, your credit card will be charged for the first
unused hotel night.

Will you confirm my reservation by phone? |
|
No. We make confirmations only by e-mail so please make sure
that you have provided us the correct e-mail address.

Do I need a credit card to
make a reservation? |
|
Yes. We will make a reservation only when you provide valid
credit card information. Remember the credit card information is always
treated as confidential and is used for guarantee purposes only. Also
please remember that all our internet transactions are encrypted on our
secure server, guaranteeing you a safe and secure environment.

When exactly is my credit
card charged? |
|
Upon arrival at your chosen hotel you may pay with your credit card or
by any other means, the choice is yours (some hotels take payment upon
departure). Your credit card details are held as a guarantee only; the
only time your credit card may be charged is in case of non-arrival or
cancellation.

What if I am afraid of sending you my credit card
information? |

We understand your
concern. Be reassured, our website is fully secure with SSL encryption, therefore it is safe
to send us your details online. However if you are still unsure we also give you
the option of faxing us your
reservation request. Please fill out the reservation form completely,
print it out and fax it to us in the UK: (+44) 20 8603 7321.
Remember, we will not make your
reservation without your credit card information.
